PAYMENT

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Confirmation of your place will be sent once payment has been received in full. Entry to the event will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your place on or before the 15th April 2026, we will refund 100% of your ticket cost, minus any card charges. If you cancel your place between 15th and 30th April we will refund 50% of your ticket cost, minus any card charges. If you cancel after the 30th April, there will be no refund.
If you are unable to attend, but wish another person to attend in your place you must inform us the details and name of your replacement.
No travel or accommodation is included in the conference fee.

Please note that accommodation and transport fees are not included in the registration fee and CWA will not reimburse any travel, accommodation or other expenses

SPEAKER AND PROGRAMME CHANGES

There may be changes to the advertised speakers and sessions. We will endeavour to keep confirmed delegates up to date with all changes to the conference programme.

AT THE EVENT

CWA is not liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings at the event. The CWA is not registered for VAT.
